Prato della Valle and Santa Giustina

Prato della Valle is also known as the “Square”, there are several sculptures of cultural and artistic personalities on the sides of the Square; it was also known as the square without grass, but know there is grass on it.

The Santa Giustina has two great sculptures both griffins, one holding a lion and the other a knight; regardless of the intense cold, you can be interested in the Martyrdom of St Guistina by Paolo Verones and the sarcophagus which once contained the relics of Luke the Evangelist.

All these amazing sculptures and attractions are from the church of Santa Giustina
