Peas alla Romana





Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 6 Rashers Streaky Bacon
  • 450g/1lb frozen Peas
  • Salt & Pepper
  • A pinch of Sugar
Preparation:

1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and gently brown the onion. Add the bacon and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.

2 . Add the peas, salt, pepper and sugar, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
