Mozzarella & Parma Parcels


Ingredients:
  • 2 balls of mozzarella cheese cut into slices
  • 8 slices parma ham
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
Preparation:
  1. Place a slice of mozzarella.
  2. Cut the cheese into 8 even-sized pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
  4. Add the parcels and cook.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve on a plate with some rocket and cherry tomatoes.
