Mozzarella & Parma Parcels
Ingredients:
2 balls of mozzarella cheese cut into slices
8 slices parma ham
Balsamic vinegar
Black pepper
Olive oil
Preparation:
Place a slice of mozzarella.
Cut the cheese into 8 even-sized pieces.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Add the parcels and cook.
Bake in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate with some rocket and cherry tomatoes.
