Beef Broth with Stellette

This special Italian dish is very easy to make, but the procedures is a little bit long.
Ingredients:
- 400g diced Beef
- 1/4 of Veal Bone
- 1.1L/2pts Water
- 1 cup of chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup of minced carrots
- 1 cup of minced celery
- Pinch of Salt
- 30g of Stellette
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup of Parsley
Preparation:
- Make a boiled preparation adding hot water, the veal bone, onions, carrots, parsley, and salt in a big saucepan at least for 2 hours.
- Once the preparation is really boiled, let cool off and put in the refrigerator.
- The second day, add the pasta on the top of the cooled preparation, then put the combination in the oven at least for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy.
