Pisa Maps
Pisa is the capital of the province with the same name, which is located in the region of Tuscany, central Italy. The city is urbanized and densely populated with 200,000 habitants in the metropolitan area. The municipalities that border Pisa are: Calci, Cascina, San Giuliano Terme e Vicopisano.
The city is located a few kilometers from the mouth of the river Arno, in a flat area called the Lower Valdarno, close to the north by Monti Pisani. Pisa total area is 185 km2 (71.4 sq mi).
