Florence Maps
Florence is the capital city of the province of the same name in the region of Tuscany. The city is located in the center of a basin, surrounded by clay hills on three sides, by Cercina on the north which sits on the neighborhood of Rifredi and The Careggi hospital, by the hills of Fiesole on the northeast, by Setignano on the East, by Arcetri, Poggio Imperiale and Bellosguardo on the south. The city is crossed by the Arno River and other waterways as Mugnone under the Terzolle and the river Greve.
The total area of the city is 102.41 km2 (39.5 sq mi).
